We hope you are happy with your purchase, so before you checkout please read below to know what to expect when checking out your virtual bag on


Checking out on is very simple. Once you have decided on your items for purchase, go into your virtual bag and click Checkout. From there, you will be prompted with the appropriate steps of placing your order.

  • REGISTERED USERS – if you are a returning customer and have an account with, please login to your account with the email address and password you used when creating your account. You will then skip the sign up page and be prompt to your direct checkout.
  • NON-REGISTERED USERS – if you are not a registered user, you may proceed to checkout as a guest. You will also have an opportunity to create an account while checking out.


Please enter the address you would like for your order to be shipped. Registered users will already have their shipping address automatically saved, so it will appear instantly. Non-registered users will need to fill in this space. Please note that your shipping address may be different from your billing address. You will have an opportunity to fill in your billing address in the next page. However, if your shipping and billing address is exactly the same, then check the box next to billing address is the same. This will automatically fill in the billing address section for you.


Please enter your billing address as it exactly appears on your credit card or debit card statements. Without the same billing address and telephone number, your credit card or debit card cannot be accepted. As a result, we will not be able to ship your order. Registered users will have their billing information already saved and it will automatically appear on the billing page.


Once you have entered your billing address along with any coupon or promotion codes, you may choose your preferred payment method. After choosing, please fill in the appropriate fields with your payment information. For any more information about payment, please visit our Payment page.


Please carefully review your order for the last time after placing your payment information. Make sure your order information; shipping address, billing address and payment information is all correct. Once you have confirmed that all your information is accurate, click Place My Order.


After placing your order, your order summary will appear. This invoice is important, as it will display your order number. Here, you will be able to print or copy your receipt for your personal records.


As you are on the order summary page, at the same time, a copy of your order summary will be automatically emailed to the email address you have indicated at This email will confirm your order and contain your order number. Please keep this email for your safe keeping, as it will help track down your package. Once your purchase has been shipped, you will receive another confirmation email notifying you that your order has been shipped. On this shipping confirmation, your unique tracking number will be displayed. Please use this tracking number to track the status of your packing with our delivery carriers. If you are a registered-user, the order summary and shipping confirmation will automatically be saved and displayed in your Order History page.
