HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ANDRONIKE.COM ORDER?
After you have confirmed your ANDRONIKE.com order, you will have 24 hours to cancel or change your order. To do so, please contact customer care explaining your decisions. Please include your name, phone number and email address as an alternative method of contacting you. Our customer care may contact you via your preference to clarify any mix ups if any occur.
MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
If some items are missing from your order, it could be because the item may be out of stock or is in back order. However, these are extremely rare cases. As a result, if you have made an order with one or more items, the merchandise we have in stock, at the time of your order, will be sent to you first. You will be able to see which designs are included in your shipment through the shipping confirmation email you will receive. All other items not shown in the shipping invoice is either out of stock or in back stock at the moment. As soon as these items become available, we will ship them to you as soon as possible and you will be receiving a new shipping confirmation email.

To check on an order you have placed on ANDRONIKE.com, simply sign in to your account and look under purchase history. Here, you will be able to see the status of your order and obtain your tracking number. If you have checked out as a guest, you may enter your order number and zip code to obtain the same information.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
All items on our site are in stock and available, unless otherwise noted clearly on the item’s page. If there are no notifications, please assume that the item is in stock and ready to be shipped to you.
