WHAT IS YOUR REPAIR POLICY?

Along with your purchase, you will receive an authenticity card. This card also represents your warranty. Please mail this card along with your piece that needs to be repaired.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL ARE AUTHENTIC?

When purchasing any ANDRONIKE pieces, you will receive an authenticity card along with your jewelry. This card will show you the date of purchase, specific item’s name, owner of the jewelry and the retailer personnel. Please save this card, as it will represent your jewelry authenticity.

WHAT IF I NEED EXTRA HELP OR ADVICE ABOUT MY PURCHASE?

On the site, you will be able to get advance styling advice through our styling section. These styling looks have been carefully stylized to bring out ANDRONIKE’s best look. If you find that you need additional help or advice, please also take a look at our lookbook, which consists of additional style methods. WHERE CAN I REPORT A POSSIBLE COUNTERFEIT DESIGN OR WEBSITE SELLING SUSPECTED ANDRONIKE KNOCK-OFFS?

ANDRONIKE designs and merchandise are only sold on ANDRONIKE.com and at our Noho flagship store. By chance, if you find a possible counterfeit design from another website or store, please report this suspicion to our customer care. 

CAN I REPLACE A LOST EARRING?

All our merchandise is seen as is. If you lose one of your ANDRONIKE earrings, we cannot replace the other half for you. However, ANDRONIKE earrings are still stylish enough to be worn with mismatching earrings.

DO ANDRONIKE BANGLES COME IN DIFFERENT SIZES?

Our bangles come in two different sizes. If you are not certain of which bangle size is fit for you. Please click here and follow the guide to measure your perfect bangle size.

HOW DO I LOCATE A STYLE NOT LISTED ON ANDRONIKE.COM?

All styles should be represented on ANDRONIKE.com. However, if you cannot find a specific style that you have previously seen before or at the flagship store, please contact customer care. For two reasons this scenario could be as such. First, the style has been discontinued or the item has not yet been updated into the site.

WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ANDRONIKE.COM PRODUCT?

If you have a problem with your ANDRONIKE.com product, please contact customer care and explain in detail the situation. Please remember to include your invoice number and order number, as it will be faster for us to solve the problem.

WILL ANDRONIKE MAKE PIECES IN OTHER METALS BESIDES STERLING SILVER, GOLD AND PLATINUM?
