WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not satisfied with your ANDRONIKE.com purchase, you will have 7 days after receiving your shipment confirmation to request a return authorization number from our customer care to receive a store credit only. However, if the reason behind the return came from our fault, we will gladly issue a full refund. Please note that there are additional terms and conditions to our return policy. HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?

Once you have requested a RA # from our customer care, one of our online representatives will reply with a RA #. You will have 5 days after receiving your unique RA # to ship your return for a valid claim. Please place this number within your return package and send out the shipment to us at:

It is important to note that all return fees are responsible by the returner.

DO I HAVE TO USE FEDEX OR UPS TO SEND BACK MY RETURN?

We only use and trust FEDEX to deliver our packages. Since we work with them, we would like for all our customers, including international clients to use FEDEX to send back your returns. When sending back a return please make sure the package is insured and has a working tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost return and etc.

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

If the reasoning behind the return is from a change of mine from the purchaser, you will be able to receive store credit only. However, if there was an error on our part, you will receive a full refund in the same form of your payment, excluding the shipping cost. All shipping and handling cost are non-refundable.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ANDRONIKE.COM GIFT THAT I RECEIVED?

If you have received an ANDRONIKE.com jewelry piece as a gift and not satisfied with the gift, please see the authenticity card that came with the gift, as this will be proof of purchase. However, although a gift, all ANDRONIKE.com return, exchanging and shipping polices apply.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

Once we receive your return. We will issue you a store credit in the amount of your previous order. You may use this credit to purchase a new ANDRONIKE piece or order the same one.
