Below you will find our order policies for when you have made your ANDRONIKE.com purchase.
It is our top priority to ship out your orders as quickly as possible. In-stock items, ordered within Monday through Friday before 3pm EST, usually leave our studio within 24 hours after one business day of processing. Order processing time consists of selecting your item, handling and packaging with care. We process, ship and deliver orders Monday through Friday only, so orders placed during weekends will be processed on the next following business day. As for national holidays, we follow the schedule of our shipping carrier, who is FEDEX. Not to worry, you will receive an email from our customer care with a tracking number when your item has been shipped.
Important to note: occasionally in-stock items may temporarily go out-of-stock. Rest assured that you will be notified of any shipping delay at the time of your order.
All merchandise sold on our website is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel all orders that are assessed to be for resale purposes. Thank you.
All items shown on the website are items that are in-stock in real time unless indicated with '4-6 weeks'. Please carefully check our product page for the item you wish to purchase for specific order fulfillment times. Fulfillment times are the amount of time we need for production only and does not include shipping time. If you need something delivered by a certain date, please contact customer care to see whether this is a possibility. We always do our absolute best to make this possible for our customers so please do not be afraid to ask.
You will be allowed to check the status of your ANDRONIKE.com order by one of many ways. You may simply log into your ANDRONIKE account. While there, you can visit the your Order History page, which will show you all the past orders you have made, Here you will be able to see your order status from being placed to being shipped. Once shipped, you will be able to visit the tracking page through the site.
Once you have confirmed your order, you will be directed to a thank you page. After this, you will receive an immediate order confirmation to the email address you have provided us with. By viewing the email confirmation, you will be able to see your order number. Please save this number, as it will help you track your order on ANDRONIKE.com. As soon as your item has been shipped, you will get another shipping confirmation email from us. This confirmation page will show you your unique tracking number.
If you have not yet registered an account with ANDRONIKE.com and have purchased as a guest, you can take your order number along with your email address to see the status of the order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been placed, under your past purchases in your ANDRONIKE.com account, the order will show up. Along side it, there will be a status bar. The bar will either say processing or shipped. If it says shipped then your order has been given to our carrier and it now on a truck to be delivered to you. Once you click on the tracking, you will be able to see exactly where your package is and exactly when it will arrive.
Also, once we have shipped out your purchase, we will send you a shipping confirmation to explain to you that your order has been shipped. Use this email to have your order number and tracking on reference to ensure the arrival of your deliver.
EMAILS ABOUT YOUR ORDER
By purchasing with ANDRONIKE.com, you will be receiving two different emails regarding your order. The first is your order confirmation with your order number. This shows that your order has been received and is now in processing for shipment from our headquarters. The second is your shipping confirmation. Once we have shipped your bought item, we will delete all confidential information. Both statuses will be updated to you.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been submitted, any modifications or cancellations, unfortunately, cannot be made. However, once you receive your shipping confirmation; please contact customer care for a Return Authorization Number (RA #) so you can return your order. No modifications or cancellations are allowed once an order has been processed.
